* Vendors/Sponsors can begin to load in Sawyer Point Park on Saturday, 8/19/23 at 8am-11:30am
* All retailers have the option to have a 10x10 booth with a table and 2 chairs provided for your organization for both days at Sawyer Park. Please contact the designated sponsor coordinators listed below to inform them that a booth is needed or complete the form here if you have not already.
* We ask that all booths be ready by 11:30am
* After the park is cleared cars can move off.
* The Main Stage opens at 5pm each day at Sawyer Point Park.
* On- Site Parking is available for a fee this year (On-site pricing will be shared via email soon) There is free parking across the street from venue.
* Food vendors will remain open until the park closes at 8pm daily
* For the BFR Heritage Breakfast, paid parking is available at Fountain Square (https://myfountainsquare.com/parking/ or at the Fifth Third Bank Center

Per Cincinnati Fire Department, the following forms must be completed in order to participate in BFR as a food vendor. These 2 steps must be completed no later than Tues, August 8th, 2023:
STEP 1.)
ALL Food Trucks operating at BFR are required to have a Cincinnati Fire Food Truck vending license. If you do not have one already, please follow these instructions or download them here ( attach downloadable link to EZ Tak Document from the Documents for Food Vendors folder) to access the system for Food Vendors complete Registration and begin to log in:
-To get started, you will first need to register for a CAGIS ezTrak Edge account by going to https://eztrak.cagis.org/CitizenAccess then click on the Register link. Registration takes only a few minutes. If you need help with registration, you can refer to the following step-by-step walkthrough: Creating an ezTrak Edge Account.
-For the vendors to login to the system, they can click the login button after registration and enter their login credentials. If they need help logging in, they can refer to the following step-by-step walkthrough: Logging into ezTrak Edge.
-Once the food vendor is logged into the system, they will follow the step-by-step guide on Working with the Fire Food Truck Permit to submit an application.
-The application fee it $154.50 (for mobile units using fossil fuel) and is due March of every year of operation.

Cincinnati Fire Department Application for Temporary Cooking Operations guidelines are required for every Food Truck and Cooking booth at BFR. You must complete this form“ Temporary Cooking Application Guidelines” and return the completed form to the 4 email addresses listed below by Tues. 8/8/23 :
