Food Vendor Application



NOTICE: Drinks cannot be sold nor given away by food vendors

Fee includes 10 x 20 vendor location, water and 2 - 8 ft. tables & 2 chairs. Vendors are responsible for their own grease disposal and if electric or hardwire is needed please include an additional fee of $100

There are no refunds once the fee is received. All vendors must have proof of liability insurance listing JazJordan Inc./Midwest Black Family Reunion as an additional insured.

Kroger Plaza ($100O)

The deadline for the application and fee is July 8.
